White corundum is made of high-quality aluminum oxide powder as raw material, and white corundum is refined and crystallized by electrofusion.  Abrasives are made of white corundum grit sand, which is suitable for grinding fine-grained abrasives such as high carbon steel, high speed steel and stainless steel.
What is white corundum grinding head? Grinding head is a general term for small shank grinding tools, which are used in electric grinders, hanging grinders, and hand drills. There are many types, mainly: ceramic grinding heads, rubber grinding heads, diamond grinding heads, abrasive cloth grinding heads, etc. White corundum grain size sand (usually brown corundum, white corundum, chrome corundum, silicon carbide) is sintered by ceramic binder, and the center is supplemented by a metal handle. It mainly grinds various metals for grinding the inner wall of the aperture and correcting the mold.

The grinding body is preferably made of diamond alloy material. Product granularity is produced according to international standards and national standards, and can be processed according to user requirements. If it is processed and broken by a self-grinding machine, the particles are mostly spherical particles, the surface is dry and clean, and it is easy to bond with a binder.
White corundum is the most economical abrasive suitable for both dry and wet production processes. White corundum is especially suitable for the treatment of rough workpiece surfaces, and the surface after treatment requires finer occasions. This sharp-shaped, angular synthetic material is second only to diamond in hardness and is often used in situations where iron pollution is strictly required. It can cut very hard materials, and can also be formed into a spherical shape for processing precision-sized workpieces to achieve extremely low roughness. Its high density, sharp, angular structure makes it the fastest cutting abrasive. 
Its natural crystal structure gives it high hardness and fast cutting performance. At the same time they are often used as raw materials for bonded and coated abrasives. White corundum can be used repeatedly in standard sandblasting equipment. The number of cycles and material grades and specific process are related to white corundum segment sand. Applicable industrial scope: aviation industry, automobile industry, foundry industry, semiconductor industry, etc. Applicable process scope: surface electroplating, Pretreatment before painting, glazing and teflon coating; deburring and descaling of aluminum and alloy products; mold cleaning; pretreatment before metal blasting; dry and wet grinding; precision optical refraction; minerals , grinding of metals, glass white corundum and crystals; glass engraving and paint additives. Instructions for use: White corundum is used in dry or wet blasting equipment using compressed air. White corundum has extremely high hardness and wears quickly to equipment with poor quality. When using white corundum, it is best not to use tungsten carbon alloy spray gun, should use boron or silicon carbon alloy spray gun.
