The production process of Fire-resistant AZS refractory blocks

1) Raw materials: alumina powder, zircon sand, desiliconized zirconium, and other raw materials and other raw materials, after the acceptance is qualified, they are put into storage for standby or sent to raw materials for pretreatment.
2) Proportioning by computer: After processing in the raw material workshop, the raw materials are proportioned according to different product requirements for use.
3) Melting process: The key to the melting process is to maintain a stable melting temperature regime to obtain a melt with a uniform chemical composition, less carbon content, a certain temperature, and good casting properties. The melting process adopts a programmable computer program to control the automatic melting process, so that the melting is sufficient and uniform.
4) Pouring process: The molten material is injected into the specially designed product mold. Made of fused cast fused bricks with compact structure and good performance. When casting with a properly superheated melt, the shrinkage cavities of the cast zirconium corundum bricks are concentrated, the thickness of the dense area increases and the density of the entire product also increases. However, when the degree of overheating is too high, although the melt density increases, it is easy to form cracks and large shrinkage holes in the product.
5) Usually, an incubator filled with insulation materials such as diatomite is used for mold annealing, or an adjustable temperature resistance furnace or tunnel kiln is used for mold annealing or demoulding annealing according to a certain temperature system. The initial temperature and holding conditions of annealing have an obvious influence on the annealing effect.
6) Take-out process: The annealed fused-cast zirconium-corundum bricks are taken out from the cavity using equipment for product inspection.
7) Processing process: Check the appearance defects, brick size, and surface accuracy of the bricks one by one, and carry out high-precision grinding processing according to the user's requirements to ensure the size and surface accuracy of the bricks. After processing, it is pre-assembled to ensure that the product size is packaged before leaving the factory.
According to the user's requirements, the computer-aided design is used to make a wooden model, and then it is filled and hardened with silica sand to make a finished shape for assembly. After the assembly is completed, it enters the pouring process.
