Acid refractory material with zircon as the main mineral component. The starting temperature of softening under load is nearly 1500℃. It has excellent corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, slag resistance and thermal shock resistance, and a small thermal expansion coefficient. Using zircon concentrate sand as raw material, adding a small amount of plastic clay, batching, compacting and calcining into agglomerates. The agglomerate is pulverized again, a small amount of plastic clay or other organic binder is added, and it is prepared by mixing, molding and firing. The calcination and sintering temperature should not exceed 1600 ℃, generally can be fired at 1400 ℃ for a long time. It is suitable for masonry ladle lining, high temperature induction furnace lining, aluminum smelting furnace bottom. It can also be used in the easily damaged parts of the glass tank kiln.
 
Zirconium ramming material is an unshaped refractory material with strong fluidity and easy operation and construction. It is prepared by molten corundum aggregate particles and a small amount of additives. The product is easy to use, hardened at room temperature, high temperature compressive strength, small thermal expansion and shrinkage, strong resistance to solution corrosion and so on. It is an ideal indefinite refractory material used for the sealing layer of glass and frit kiln kiln.
 
Zirconium ramming material is made of zirconium mousse bone, powder, and aluminum phosphate as binder and admixture. It has good corrosion resistance with liquid metal, works stably in an oxidizing atmosphere, and chemically reacts with molten metal. It is an excellent thermosetting amorphous refractory material. Widely used in glass furnace bottom, ladle and circulating fluidized bed boiler and other fields.
